Produced from Goruli Mtsvane grapes harvested in the fertile Mukhrani Valley of Kartli, this dry white wine is a bold expression of its variety. At Peradze’s family winery, the fruit reached peak maturity, resulting in a remarkable 14.5% alcohol content that gives the wine exceptional strength and body. The wine was crafted using classic techniques and further elevated through aging in oak barrels, imparting a sophisticated structure.

The wine displays an intense straw color in the glass. The bouquet is rich and layered, featuring an elegant fusion of white orchard fruits and warm, aromatic spices derived from the oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and robust; the vibrant, "cyanic" acidity characteristic of Goruli Mtsvane perfectly counterbalances the high alcohol, creating a harmonious and velvety mouthfeel with a persistent finish.
