This dry red wine is crafted from Saperavi grapes harvested in the historic vineyards of Bolnisi, within the Kartli region. Produced at the "Iveritas" winery using the traditional Qvevri method and further matured in oak barrels, this expression has gained exceptional complexity, nobility, and structural completeness. The 2024 vintage stands out for its energetic nature and robust power, reflected in its notable 14.5% alcohol content. The wine displays an intense ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich and expressive, featuring distinct aromas of ripe black plum and cherry, seamlessly blended with subtle oak undertones. On the palate, the wine is defined by a full body and round, velvety tannins, which impart a solid and memorable profile. The medium-length finish further underscores the premium quality of the wine. This Saperavi pairs perfectly with roasted red meats, steaks, traditional Georgian BBQ (Mtsvadi), and aged cheeses.
