In the glass, the wine presents a striking pomegranate color. The nose offers an intriguing and complex bouquet, beautifully intertwining distinct mineral tones with warm spices. On the palate, it is defined by a fresh, crisp acidity and remarkably soft tannins, culminating in a memorable and long finish. This robust, 15% ABV red dry wine is masterfully crafted by the "Japara" winery using the ancient, traditional Georgian Qvevri method, utilizing the rare Shavkapito grape cultivated in the Bolnisi micro-zone of the Kartli region. Thanks to its high alcohol content and the solid structure provided by the Qvevri maturation, this wine boasts excellent aging potential in the bottle.

For food pairings, it is a perfect match for hearty international cuisine. It beautifully complements grilled red meats, rich barbecue dishes, intense mushroom-based recipes, and aged, firm cheeses.
