Amber-hued Rkatsiteli from the Akhmeta terroir, crafted using the traditional qvevri method, displays intense aromas of nuts and warm spices. With high acidity, rounded tannins, and a well-defined structure, it delivers a long and memorable finish. Fermentation and maceration on the skins in qvevri add depth and texture, while careful aging brings harmony and balance.
Perfect with Georgian classics such as chakapuli, shkmeruli, satsivi, and roasted lamb, as well as international dishes like lamb ragout, grilled sea bass, mushroom risotto, and assorted charcuterie.
