The wine is straw-colored, made by white wine technology. Wine has overripe apple and pear tones, high acidity that leaves a slight bitterness on the finish, medium length.
The wine is pleasant to taste after aging for up to 6 years.
It goes well with boiled meat, marinated vegetables, as well as grilled spicy vegetables.
