The Kakhuri Collection is one of their outstanding samples, Blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane varieties. The wine, made in qvevri using traditional Georgian technology, is characterized by a lively amber color and intense aromas of spices and field flowers. Swirling the wine in the glass opens aromas of sweet fruit and apricot jam. The palate is characterized by medium tannins, velvety and soft, with a long, sweet finish.

The wine is ideal for collection and has great potential for development in the bottle. It also pairs well with chicken with sweet-spicy sauce, mushroom cream soup, and garlic bread.
