This dry red wine is crafted from the Shavkapito grape variety, harvested from the historic Marabda Valley in the Kartli region. Shavkapito is one of Kartli's most ancient and noble varieties, presented here by Marabda Valley using classic winemaking technology. The 2024 vintage has developed the elegance and structure characteristic of high-quality young red wines. The wine displays a beautiful pomegranate hue in the glass. Its bouquet is distinguished by spicy notes and pleasant sweetish undertones, giving the wine a sophisticated aromatic profile. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and smooth, velvety tannins. The 13% alcohol content is harmoniously integrated into the structure, resulting in a well-balanced and approachable profile. This Shavkapito pairs excellently with roasted poultry, veal dishes, pasta, and medium-aged cheeses.
