The style is refined and clean, with qvevri influence naturally integrated into the varietal expression.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with crisp acidity that brings freshness and structure. The texture is harmonious and well-balanced, creating an easy-drinking profile where softness and clarity come together, leading into a clean finish. The character of Zodi in Imereti is clearly expressed — traditional, light, and elegant.
It pairs beautifully with walnut-based eggplant dishes, vegetable-based cuisine, and light fish dishes. It also complements cheeses and traditional Imeretian dishes.
