Produced at the Pabellon winery using classic technology, this expression allows the varietal characteristics of Khikhvi to shine in their purest form. The 2024 vintage showcases the energetic nature and distinct structure of a young wine. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. The bouquet is cheerful, dominated by vibrant aromas of white orchard fruits. On the palate, it is defined by a light body and robust, slightly rough tannins—a surprising trait for a white wine that gives it a more masculine edge. The 11.5% alcohol content ensures a light profile, while the clean, short finish makes it highly approachable and enjoyable.
