The wine is made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, using the traditional Kakhuri method, skin maceration. The wine is characterized by light golden color, aroma of yellow fruits and spices, light tannins, and medium finish.
The wine is aged in the bottle but still has the potential of several years. It goes perfectly with spicy Asian soups and assorted fruits.
