This semi-sweet white wine is crafted from the Kisi grape variety, harvested in the Kakheti region. Produced at the "Crush" winery using classic technology, the natural residual sugar of the grapes is preserved by carefully arresting the fermentation process. The 2024 vintage presents itself as a delicate, cheerful, and refined wine that showcases the varietal characteristics of Kisi in a refreshing new light. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich and inviting, where notes of ripe white orchard fruits blend seamlessly with pleasant sweetish aromas. On the palate, the wine is distinguished by a viscous acidity that perfectly balances the natural sweetness, adding fullness to the body. The 11.5% alcohol content and medium-length finish create a harmonious and velvety profile. This semi-sweet Kisi pairs excellently with desserts, fruit platters, cakes, and light, soft cheeses.
