This dry white wine is a harmonious blend of three distinguished Kakhetian varieties: Mtsvane, Khikhvi, and Kisi. Produced at the "Crush" winery using classic technology, this expression allows the aromatic potential of each variety to shine in a clean and cheerful manner. The 2024 vintage presents itself in this blend as an especially elegant and multi-layered wine. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. Its bouquet is rich with notes of ripe white orchard fruits, seamlessly blended with pleasant herbal undertones that add an extra layer of freshness. On the palate, it is defined by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and a sophisticated structure. The 11.5% alcohol content contributes to a light profile, while the long and persistent finish underscores its exceptional quality. This blend pairs perfectly with fish, seafood, poultry, light salads, and fresh Georgian cheeses.
