Produced in the Mukuzani appellation of Kakheti, this 2024 Mukuzani is crafted using classic winemaking techniques and partially aged in oak barrels, adding depth and structural strength. The Mukuzani microzone is known for its elegant and concentrated expression of Saperavi, clearly reflected in this wine. The wine displays a ruby hue. On the nose, blackberry and black plum notes intertwine to create a refined and concentrated aromatic profile. Subtle oak influence enhances depth and rounds out the fruit character. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and well-balanced. The structure is firm yet elegant, with integrated and rounded tannins. The finish is clean and persistent, marked by lingering dark fruit nuances. It pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, steaks, walnut eggplant dishes, traditional Kakhetian cuisine, aged cheeses, and mushroom-based preparations.Customer reviews:
