This dry white sparkling wine is produced using the Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) method, where natural fermentation finishes inside the bottle. Crafted from Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri grapes harvested in the historic Ateni Valley, the 2022 vintage presents itself as an exceptionally energetic, cheerful, and refreshing wine that maintains the lightness characteristic of Kartli winemaking. The wine displays a brilliant lemon hue in the glass. Its bouquet is remarkably youthful and vibrant, dominated by fresh notes of citrus and green apple. On the palate, the wine is defined by a pronounced acidity and a delicate, natural sparkle, which imparts a particular agility and crispness. The 12% alcohol content is perfectly integrated into the structure, creating a harmonious and lively profile.
