The wine has a dark ruby color, high intensity, aromas of green pepper, black pepper, black currant and sour cherry. Full-bodied, with medium acidity, ripe tannins, consistent fruit flavors, spiciness, and less intensive barrel influence, it concludes with a long finish. Ideal to pair with a burger featuring bacon or jalapeños, red meat, mushrooms, and dark chocolate. The wine has the potential to age and can be enjoyed from 2024-2034.
