This blend of Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Green, fermented in qvevri with 6 months of maceration with skin, reveals a dark amber color with an orange hue and an above-average intensity bouquet. Pronounced aromas of dried fruits and conifers, notably eucalyptus, greet the senses. With a full body and light tannins, the taste unfolds with a pleasant saltiness, balancing the overall profile.
Recommended to be served with chicken, grilled green vegetables and stews.
