Terjola Otskhanuri Sapere 2025 is a dry red win, crafted by winemaker and technologist Gela Chubinidze. The grapes are sourced from the Terjola region.
In terms of technology, the wine is fermented on the skins and undergoes filtration. It is produced using added yeast and a medium level of sulfites.
The wine features a beautiful pomegranate color. The aroma is dominated by fresh red fruits, berries, and distinct red currant. On the palate, round tannins are well-pronounced, leading to a pleasant, long-lasting finish. The alcohol content is 13%.
