From the heart of Kakheti, Tiko Estate’s Petnat Khikhvi Extra Brut is a vivid and authentic natural sparkling wine that captures the purity and energy of Georgian terroir through a modern, artisanal approach. Crafted by winemaker Giorgi Chichinadze, it stands as a bright example of precision and personality. The wine shows a straw color with fine natural bubbles. On the nose, it opens with white fruit — pear and ripe apple — followed by hints of citrus zest and gentle yeasty undertones. The palate is fresh and brisk, marked by high acidity, a touch of tannic grip, and a lively, textural finish that keeps it vibrant and refreshing. Made by the Pétillant Naturel (Pet-Nat) method, fermentation completes naturally in the bottle, creating its delicate sparkle. Unfiltered and low in sulphur (10/40 mg/L), the wine preserves its raw authenticity and mineral drive.
