The wine has a dark amber color, aromas of ripe white pumpkin berries, honey, grilled peaches, peach curd, and spices. Also, a high alcohol fever is felt. The wine is full-bodied, quince-like with young tannins, low acidity, and alcoholic bitterness. Due to its high alcohol content and extractiveness, the wine needs to be aged for 2-3 years and paired with rich food. Pair with grilled ribeye steak, roast lamb, ossobuco, and mushrooms, along with seasoned cheese.
