This dry red wine is crafted from Saperavi grapes harvested in the historic village of Vachnadziani, within the Gurjaani district of Kakheti. Produced using classic winemaking technology, this expression focuses on preserving the purity of varietal aromas and the primal freshness of young Saperavi. The 2024 vintage presents itself as an energetic wine with a clean and well-defined structure. The wine displays a light purple hue, characteristic of a young, vibrant red. The bouquet is defined by a long and persistent aroma, harmoniously blending notes of fresh red fruits with hints of aromatic spices. On the palate, it is lively and crisp; a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity meets firm, youthful tannins. Combined with a 12% alcohol content, it offers a refreshing yet structured profile.
