Its ruby hue reflects lightness and freshness, while the 11% alcohol is seamlessly integrated into its light body, giving the wine an easy-drinking and refined profile. The aromatic profile opens with notes of red berries, creating a clean, lively, and aromatically inviting first impression. On the palate, it is harmonious and balanced, where gentle fruit concentration is supported by a soft texture, preserving lightness and elegance and leading to a clean, calm finish. Its light structure and refreshing character make it an excellent match for grilled white meats, light fish dishes, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses. From Georgian cuisine, it pairs especially well with light chicken stews, Imeretian cheese, pkhali with a restrained walnut touch, and freshly baked mchadi.
