ქარვის ნაზავი კახური მწვანესა და რქაწითელის ბლენდია, იგი თანამედროვე და უძველესი ქართული ტრადიციული ტექნოლოგიის ნაზავია. ღვინო დამზადებულია უჟანგავი ფოლადის ცისტერნაში, ჭაჭა-კლერტზე, შემდეგ კი დავარგებულია ფრანგული მუხის კასრებში.
ღვინოს ახასიათებს ღია ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა, ოქროსფერი ელფერით. არომატზე მდიდარია ყვითელი ყვავილების, მწვანე ჩაისა და ბალახის არომატით. გემოზე კი იგრძნობა ძლიერი სტრუქტურა და ხავერდოვანი ტანინები. იდეალურად ეხამება ქათამს ბოსტნეულთან ერთად, ინდაურის ხორცსა და დაძველებულ ყველს.
