ჭონას ეს ღვინო დამზადებულია ქვევრში, კახური ტრადიციული მეთოდით, წინანდლის მიკროზონაში მოწეული ქისისა და მწვანეს ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. გაუფილტრავია. ღვინო შეფერილია მუქ ქარვისფრად და გადაკრავს ნარინჯისფერი ელფერი. აქვს ინტენსიური და კომპლექსური არომატები. განსაკუთრებით არის გამოხატული ლეღვისა და ხურმის ჩირების, ბალახეულის ნაყენის, სანელებლებისა და მოხალული თხილის არომატები. მსუყე ღვინოა, სრული სხეულით, ხორციანი ტანინებითა და ხანგრძლივი დაბოლოებით. მაღალალკოჰოლური ღვინოა, თუმცა ალკოჰოლი კარგად არის ინტეგრირებული.
