ღვინოს უკვე 6 წელი უსრულდება, შესაბამისად უკვე კარგად გამოიხატება მისი დაძველების პოტენციალი, თუმცა კიდევ რამდენიმე წელი ჯერ კიდევ წინ აქვს. მოუხდება დაბრაწულ იხვს ან ინდაურის ხორცს მოტკბო სოუსის თანხლებით, ასევე დავარგებულ ყველს თაფლისა და ხახვის მურაბით.
