ღვინო დამზადებულია კახეთის რეგიონში, მანავის მიკროზონაში მოყვანილი კახური მწვანეს ყურძნისგან. ყურძენი ხელით არის დაკრეფილი და ღვინო დამზადებულია ტრადიციული ქვევრის მეთოდით, რაც მას ბუნებრივ სტრუქტურას ანიჭებს. ყურძნის ბუნებრივი დუღილით მიღებული ღვინო არ არის გაფილტრული და ინარჩუნებს ქვევრის ტექნოლოგიის ყველა ავთენტურ თვისებას.
