ეს წითელი მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია ქართლის რეგიონში მოწეული შავკაპიტოს ჯიშის ყურძნიდან, რომელიც „დოესის მამულის“ საოჯახო მარანში კლასიკური ტექნოლოგიით გარდაისახა. შავკაპიტო ქართლის მეღვინეობის ერთ-ერთი სიმბოლოა და ეს ნიმუში შესანიშნავად წარმოაჩენს ჯიშის პოტენციალს — სიმძლავრისა და არომატული სიქორფის ბალანსს. 2024 წლის მოსავალი გამოირჩევა თავისი ენერგიული ხასიათითა და სუფთა სტრუქტურით. ღვინოს აქვს ინტენსიური ბროწეულისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი გაჯერებულია წითელი ხილის ცოცხალი არომატებით, სადაც მწიფე ალუბლისა და ჟოლოს ნოტები დომინირებს. გემოზე ღვინო მოულოდნელად სხეულიანი და მტკიცეა; ცინცხალი მჟავიანობა და 12%-იანი ალკოჰოლი ქმნის კარგად დაბალანსებულ, ენერგიულ პროფილს. მიუხედავად სიქორფისა, ღვინოს აქვს სრული სხეული, რაც მას სოლიდურ და დასამახსოვრებელ ხასიათს სძენს. ეს შავკაპიტო საუკეთესოდ ეხამება შემწვარ ხორცს, ტრადიციულ ქართულ კერძებს, ლორიან პასტასა და საშუალოდ დაძველებულ ყველს.Customer reviews:
