რქაწითელი საქართველოში ყველაზე გავრცელებული თეთრყურძნიანი ჯიშია, იგი გამოირჩევა ძლიერი ხასიათითა და სტრუქტურით, რისი შესანიშნავი მაგალითიც ეთნოს 2021 წლის მოსავლის რქაწითელია. ნათელი, ქარვისფერი შეფერილობის ღვინო, რომელიც გამოირჩევა გადამწიფებული ხილის, ჩირის, თეთრი ქლიავისა და გარგრის არომატებით. გემოზე იგრძნობა ნაზი, დარბილებული ტანინები და გამყოლი გემო.
ღვინო იდეალურ კონდიციაშია მისართმევად, თუმცა დაძველების პოტენციალი ჯერ კიდევ დიდი აქვს. იდეალურად ეხამება თეთრ ხორცს, ტკბილ-მჟავე სოუსთან ერთად, ჩინური კიტრის სალათსა და შემწვარ, ცხიმიან თევზს.
