ეს ნატურალურად შუშხუნა თეთრი მშრალი ღვინო წარმოადგენს ქართლის კლასიკური ჯიშების — ჩინურისა და გორული მწვანეს ჰარმონიულ კუპაჟს. ლამისყანის მამულის ისტორიულ ტერუარზე მოწეული ყურძენი პეტნატის (Pét-Nat) მეთოდით არის დაყენებული, რაც გულისხმობს პირველადი ფერმენტაციის ბოთლში დასრულებას. ეს ტექნოლოგია ღვინოში ინარჩუნებს ცოცხალ, ბუნებრივ გაზს და სასმელს განსაკუთრებულ ავთენტურობას სძენს.
