ღვინო დამზადებულია ქისის ყურძნისგან კახური ტრადიციული მეთოდით, ხანგრძლივი მაცერაციით ჭაჭასთან. ღვინო გაუფილტრავია. ყურძენი დაკრეფილია ხანდაზმულ ვენახში. სახასიათო ღვინოა, ასაკიდან გამომდინარე ოქსიდაციური სტილი აქვს. ღვინო ხასიათდება მუქი ქარვისფერი შეფერილობით და გადაჰკრავს მონარინჯისფრო ელფერი. აქვს ინტენსიური ბუკეტი. გამოხატულია სანელებლების, თამბაქოს, მოხალული ნიგვზის, გამხმარი მინდვრის ყვავილებისა და ფორთოხლის ჯემის ტონები. აქვს სრული სხეული, ამავდროულად მომრგვალებული ტანინები და ხანგრძლივი დაბოლოება. გემოზე იგრძნობა ხილის ჩირის და ფორთოხლის კონფიტიურის ტონები.
ღვინის ასაკიდან გამომდინარე (უკვე 5 წლის ღვინოა), სასურველია მიირთვათ უახლოეს 1-2 წლის განმავლობაში. კარგად შეეხამება დელიკატურად მომზადებულ ფრინველის ან ბატკნის ხორცს, დავარგებულ ყველს.
