ქართლის რეგიონში, წაღვლის მიკროზონაში წარმოებული სველი ძაღლის თეთრი პინო არის ექსპრესიული და მკაფიო ხასიათის ღვინო, რომელიც ქვევრის ტრადიციული ტექნოლოგიითაა დაყენებული. მასში იშლება მოყვითალო ფერი, მსუბუქი ოქროს ელფერით — ბუნებრივი და ცოცხალი სიმშვიდის გამომხატველი.
არომატში იგრძნობა თეთრი ხილი — მსხალი და მწიფე ვაშლი, რომლებიც ავლენს ჯიშის სისუფთავესა და ქართლის ნიადაგის მინერალურ ნოტებს. გემოზე ღვინო მოკლე სხეულიანია, თუმცა გამოკვეთილი სტრუქტურითა და უხეში, მაგრამ სასიამოვნო ტანინით. ქვევრის დაყენების სტილი აძლევს მას ტექსტურულ სიღრმესა და ბუნებრივ სიმშრალეს, რაც მის განსხვავებულ, თითქმის ავანტიურისტულ ხასიათს ქმნის.
