ქართლის რეგიონში მოწეული შავკაპიტოს ჯიშის ყურძნისგან ხელით მოწეული და ქვევრში დადუღებული წითელი მშრალი ღვინოა. ღვინო სრულად მზადდება ტრადიციული მეთოდით – ქვევრში დუღილი და 10 თვიანი დავარგება აძლევს მას ბუნებრივ სტრუქტურასა და სიმშვიდეს.
ალუბლისფერი ღვინო გამოირჩევა მკვეთრი არომატული პროფილით, სადაც პირველ პლანზე ალუბალი და ჟოლო დგას. გემო სხეულიანია და ჰარმონიულად დაბალანსებული, ტანინების ოსტატურად შერწყმული ტექსტურით.
ეს ღვინო იდეალურად ერწყმის შემწვარ წითელ ხორცს, ბატს, კეცის კერძებს ან სოკოს ვარიაციებს. მასთან წასახემსებლად ასევე გამოდგება მყარად დავარგებული ყველი ან ბასტურმა. მიირთვით 15–17°C ტემპერატურაზე.
