ეს თეთრი მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია იმერეთის რეგიონში მოწეული ცოლიკაურის ჯიშის ყურძნიდან. საოჯახო მარან „ანემოში“ ღვინო კლასიკური ტექნოლოგიით დამზადდა, რაც მიზნად ისახავს დასავლეთ საქართველოს ამ კეთილშობილი ჯიშის პირველყოფილი სიხალისისა და ხასიათის შენარჩუნებას. 2023 წლის მოსავალი ამ ნიმუშში წარმოაჩენს საუკეთესო ბალანსს სიმძლავრესა და ელეგანტურობას შორის.
ღვინოს აქვს ნაზი ჩალისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი საშუალო ინტენსივობისაა, სადაც ცოლიკაურისათვის დამახასიათებელი თეთრი ხილისა და ციტრუსის ნოტები სასიამოვნო სიმსუბუქით ვითარდება. გემოზე ღვინო ხასიათდება ცინცხალი მჟავიანობით, რაც მას ენერგიულსა და გამაგრილებელს ხდის. 13.5%-იანი ალკოჰოლი ღვინოს სხეულიანობას მატებს, ხოლო საშუალო ხანგრძლივობის სუფთა დაბოლოება ქმნის ჰარმონიულ და დასრულებულ პროფილს.
ეს ცოლიკაური საუკეთესოდ ეხამება თევზს, ზღვის პროდუქტებს, ფრინველის ხორცს, იმერულ სამზარეულოსა და ახალ ყველს.
