ბოლნისის ძველი მარანი თავკვერი 2024 არის ხალისიანი და ენერგიული წითელი ღვინო, რომელიც ბოლნისის ვენახებში მოწეული თავკვერის ჯიშის ხასიათს სრულად ავლენს. ეს ღვინო ასახავს ქართლის მხარისთვის დამახასიათებელ სინატიფესა და ხილის სიტკბოს, რაც თავკვერს ყოველდღიური მოხმარებისთვის საყვარელ არჩევანს ხდის.
ფერის მხრივ ღვინო გამოირჩევა ღრმა მეწამული ტონით. პირველივე სურნელში იგრძნობა წითელი ხილის ხალასი არომატები. ალუბალი და მწიფე შინდი ამ ღვინოს მიმზიდველ სიტკბოს მატებს. გემოზე მსუბუქი, საშუალო სხეულისაა, მაგრამ მჭიდრო სტრუქტურით, გამოკვეთილი ცოცხალი მჟავიანობით და კარგად დაბალანსებული ტანინებით, რაც ღვინოს ენერგიულ და მშრალ დაბოლოებას ანიჭებს.
ბოლნისის ძველი მარანი თავკვერი 2024 იდეალურად ერწყმის გრილზე შემწვარ ფრინველს, შემწვარ ბოსტნეულს, სხვადასხვა სახეობის რბილ ყველს. უმჯობესია ოდნავ გაგრილებულ მდგომარეობაში მიირთვათ, რათა ღვინოს ბუნებრივი ხილის ხასიათი და სიფხიზლე სრულად გამოუჩნდეს.
