დოლიძის ვენახების ოცხანური საფერე ქვევრში დაყენებული იმერული წითელი ღვინოა, რომელიც მოპოვებულია ზესტაფონის ცხრაწყაროს ტერუარიდან. ფერი მუქი ლალისფერია, არომატში კი ალუბლის, შავი მოცხარისა და ყვავილოვანი ტონების ნაზი კომბინაცია იგრძნობა. გემო გამოირჩევა მრგვალი, ნაზი ტანინებითა და ცინცხალი მჟავიანობით, რაც მას ჰარმონიულ, დაბალანსებულ სტრუქტურას ანიჭებს. საშუალო სიმძიმის სხეული და საშუალო სიგრძის დაბოლოება მთლიანობაში ავლენს ამ გამორჩეული დასავლეთ-ქართული ჯიშის ბუნებრივ ენერგიასა და ელეგანტურობას.
