ჩინური ყურძნის ჯიშისგან დაყენებული ღვინო დამზადებულია ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით - ქვევრში. ჩინური მსუბუქი, ნაზი, არომატული ჯიშია ქართლის რეგიონიდან, რომელიც ერთ-ერთი წამყვანი ღვინის რეგიონია საქართველოში. ღვინოს ახასიათებს ღია ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა, გამომშრალი ხილის და ბალახის არომატი. გემო სავსე და მდიდარია, რომელშიც ცხვირში აღქმული არომატები იდეალურად მეორდება. ღვინო სწორად ვითარდება ბოთლში და იდეალურად ეხამება გრილზე შემწვარ თევზსა და გორგონძოლას.
