„ფერაძის მეღვინეობა“ საინტერესო მარანია, რომელიც იმერული მეღვინეობის ტრადიციებს თანამედროვე მიდგომებთან აერთიანებს. მათი 2020 წლის „ცოლიკაური“ (ქარვისფერი მშრალი) დამზადებულია იმერეთის რეგიონში, სოფელ ობჩის მიკროზონაში მოყვანილი ცოლიკაურის ჯიშის ყურძნისგან. ეს გამორჩეული ღვინო შექმნილია საინტერესო და კომპლექსური ტექნოლოგიით — იგი დაყენებულია ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით, ქვევრში, რის შემდეგაც დავარგებულია მუხის კასრში. ჭიქაში ღვინო ულამაზესი ქარვისფერი შეფერილობით ხასიათდება. მის მდიდარ არომატში იდეალურად ერწყმის ერთმანეთს მწიფე თეთრი ხილისა და ჩირის მკვეთრად გამოხატული ნოტები. გემოზე იგი უაღრესად ჰარმონიული და ხავერდოვანია, სადაც რბილი, სასიამოვნო ტანინები დიდხანს რჩება პირში. 13.7%-იანი ალკოჰოლის შემცველობის მქონე ეს სრული სხეულის მქონე ღვინო, ქვევრისა და მუხის კასრის სინთეზის დამსახურებით, ბოთლში დაძველების ბრწყინვალე პოტენციალით გამოირჩევა. კულინარიული კუთხით, იგი შესანიშნავად ეხამება საერთაშორისო სამზარეულოს. იდეალური პარტნიორია შემწვარი ფრინველის ხორცისთვის (მაგალითად, ინდაური ან იხვი), ღორის ხორცის კერძებისთვის, სოკოს რიზოტოსა და დაძველებული, მკვეთრი გემოს მქონე მყარი ყველისთვის.Customer reviews:
