ქართლის რეგიონში, ქსოვრისის ზონაში წარმოებული ჩინური პეტნატი 2024 წლის გამორჩეულად ცოცხალი და ბუნებრივი ხასიათის ცქრიალა ღვინოა. პეტნატის ტექნოლოგია, ანუ პირველადი დუღილის დასრულება ბოთლში, ღვინოს უნარჩუნებს ბუნებრივ ბუშტუკებსა და ავთენტურ სტრუქტურას, რაც მას განსაკუთრებულ ენერგიას ანიჭებს.
ღვინო ჩალისფერი ელფერით გამოირჩევა. არომატში საშუალო ინტენსივობაა, თუმცა კარგად იგრძნობა ჯიშური სისუფთავე და სიხალისე, რომელიც ქართლის კლიმატურ პირობებთან ჰარმონიაშია. პროფილი მსუბუქი, გამჭვირვალე და ბუნებრივად დაბალანსებულია.
გემოზე ბლანტი ტექსტურა ქმნის რბილ, მომრგვალებულ შეგრძნებას, რასაც თან ახლავს პეტნატისთვის დამახასიათებელი ცოცხალი და მსუბუქი ცქრიალა ეფექტი. 10%-იანი ალკოჰოლი ღვინოს სისუფთავესა და სიმსუბუქეს უნარჩუნებს, დაბოლოება კი სასიამოვნოდ მშრალი და სუფთაა.
იდეალურად უხდება თევზის მსუბუქ კერძებს, ზღვის პროდუქტებს, მსუბუქ სალათებსა და ახალ ყველს. ასევე კარგად ერწყმის აპერიტივად, თბილ ამინდში ან მსუბუქ, არაფორმალურ გარემოში.
