იმერეთის ტენიანი კლიმატი და თიხნარი ნიადაგი ოცხანური საფერეს ანიჭებს მაცოცხლებელ მჟავიანობას, მსუბუქ სხეულს და ხილის სისუფთავეს — რაც განსხვავებულ სტილს ქმნის აღმოსავლეთ საქართველოს წითელ ღვინოებთან შედარებით.
არომატში იგრძნობა წითელი კენკრის (ჟოლო, მაყვალი) და შავი ქლიავის მკაფიო ტონები, რაც ბუნებრივ სიმსუბუქესა და სისავსეს აერთიანებს. პალატზე ღვინო ხასიათდება სასიამოვნო, გამაცოცხლებელი მჟავიანობითა და გამყოლი, ელეგანტური დაბოლოებით.
