კახეთის რეგიონში წარმოებული ეს 2024 წლის ქვევრის ღვინო საფერავისა და ტემპრანილოს საინტერესო შერწყმას წარმოადგენს. ქვევრის ტექნოლოგია ღვინოს ბუნებრივ სტრუქტურასა და ტექსტურულ სიღრმეს ანიჭებს, ხოლო ორი ჯიშის კომბინაცია აერთიანებს ქართულ ინტენსივობასა და ესპანურ ელეგანტურობას. ღვინო ლალისფერი ელფერით გამოირჩევა. არომატში ერთმანეთს ერწყმის წითელი მოცხარისა და წითელი ხილის ტონები, რომელსაც სანელებლების შტრიხები ავსებს. სურნელი მრავალშრიანია და ქვევრის სტილი მას დამატებით სიღრმეს სძენს. გემოზე ცინცხალი მჟავიანობა ღვინოს ენერგიას ანიჭებს და სტრუქტურას მკაფიოდ გამოხატავს. ტექსტურა დაბალანსებულია, ტანინები ინტეგრირებული, ხოლო საშუალო დაბოლოება სუფთა და სანელებლებისა და წითელი ხილის ტონებზე დაფუძნებული. იდეალურად უხდება გრილზე მომზადებულ წითელ ხორცს, ნიგვზიან ბადრიჯანს, ტრადიციულ ქართულ კერძებსა და დავარგებულ ყველს. ასევე კარგად ერწყმის ხმელთაშუაზღვისპირეთის სამზარეულოსა და სანელებლიან მენიუს.Customer reviews:
