ცანგალა არის ქვევრის გაუფილტრავი ღვინო, რომელიც დამზადებულია ორი ქართული ჯიშის - ბუდეშური თეთრისა (50%) და ჩინურის (50%) - კოფერმენტაციით. ცანგალა არის მსუბუქი ქვევრის ღვინო, მსუბუქი ტანინებითა და სასიამოვნო მჟავიანობით. არის ღია ქარვისფერი ოქროსფერი ელფერით და აქვს მოხალული თხილის, ბალახეულის ნაყენის, პურ-ფუნთუშეულის არომატები.
ღვინოს აქვს ბოთლში დაძველების გარკვეული პოტენციალი (კიდევ 1-2 წელი). იდეალურად შეეხამება გრილზე შემწვარ თეთრ თევზს, სატაცურს და ბოსტნეულის მსუბუქ კერძებს.
