ქვევრის ტრადიციულ ტექნოლოგიაზე დაყრდნობით შექმნილი ეს ტკბილი წითელი საფერავი კახეთის სოფლიდან, ახაშენიდან, მცირე საოჯახო მარანის უნიკალურ ხელწერას ავლენს. მართალი ღვინოს საფერავი ტკბილი სტილის მიუხედავად გამოირჩევა ბალანსით, ბუნებრივი ტანინებითა და ჯიშური ღრმად გამოხატული არომატულობით.
პირველივე სურნელში იგრძნობა ტკბილი წითელი კენკრის არომატები — მაყვალი, მარწყვი, ჟოლო — რაც ქმნის მიმზიდველ და ზაფხულის ხილის ბუკეტს. პალატზე ღვინო მრგვალია, ხავერდოვანი ტექსტურით და შესანიშნავად დაბალანსებული სიტკბო-მჟავიანობით, რაც ამ ტიპის საფერავს ხდის ხანგრძლივ და არამარტივად დავიწყებად.
