ეს ქარვისფერი მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია კახეთის რეგიონში მოწეული ხიხვის ჯიშის ყურძნიდან, რომელიც ერთ-ერთ ყველაზე გამორჩეულ და იშვიათ ქართულ ჯიშად ითვლება. „ქართული ღვინის მარანში“ ღვინო ქვევრის ტრადიციული მეთოდით დამზადდა, რაც გულისხმობს ჭაჭაზე ხანგრძლივ დაყოვნებას. 2022 წლის მოსავალმა ამ ნიმუშში შეიძინა დახვეწილი სტრუქტურა და ის ავთენტური ხასიათი, რაც მხოლოდ ქვევრის ღვინოებისთვის არის დამახასიათებელი. ღვინოს აქვს ინტენსიური ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი საშუალო ინტენსივობისაა, სადაც ხიხვისთვის დამახასიათებელი მწიფე თეთრი ხილისა და ჩირის ნოტები ჰარმონიულად ვლინდება. გემოზე ღვინო გამოირჩევა საშუალო სხეულითა და ცინცხალი მჟავიანობით, რაც 13%-იან ალკოჰოლთან ერთად ქმნის კარგად დაბალანსებულ და ენერგიულ პროფილს. ქვევრის რბილი ტანინები ღვინოს დამატებით სისრულესა და ხავერდოვნებას ანიჭებს. ეს ხიხვი საუკეთესოდ ეხამება შემწვარ ფრინველის ხორცს, ნიგვზიან საუზმეულს, ცხარე კერძებსა და დაძველებულ ყველს.Customer reviews:
