ქისის ყურძნისგან ქვევრში კახური ტრადიციული მეთოდით დამზადებულ ღვინოს აქვს ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა, ფორთოხლისფერი ელფერით. აქვს საშუალოზე მაღალი ინტენსივობის არომატები, გამოკვეთილია კომშის, გვირილის ნაყენის, მოხალული თხილის და აღმოსავლური სანელებლების ტონები. სხეულიანი ღვინოა მომრგვალებული ტანინებითა და კურკოვანი ხილის ჩირის გემოთი. არის სხეულიანი და ამავდროულად მარტივად მისართმევი ქვევრის ღვინო.
ღვინოს აქვს 3-4 წელი ბოთლში დაძველების პოტენციალი. შეგიძლიათ მიირთვათ ქათმის ან ინდაურის ხორცთან ერთად ბოსტნეულის ან მობრაწული კურკოვანი ხილის თანხლებით.
