ღვინო დაყენებულია ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით ქვევრში, 4-5 თვით ჭაჭაზე დაყოვნებით, კულტურული საფუვრის გამოყენებით. ყურძენი არის კარდენახის მიკროზონიდან, მეღვინეობის კუთვნილი ვენახებიდან.
ღვინო არის ღია ქარვისფერი, აქვს ტარხუნის, ნაღების, გარგარის და ყვითელი მწიფე ვაშლის არომატი. ღვინოს აქვს მსუბუქი სხეული, რბილი ტანინები, საშუალო მჟავიანობა და ციცნხალი კურკოვანი ხილის საშუალო დაბოლოება.
ღვინო არის მსუბუქი და ხალისიანი და არ საჭიროებს ხანგრძლივ დავარგებას, მიირთვის 2024-2025 წლებში, გოგრის რიზოტოსთან, დავარგებულ ყველს, ცხარე ინდურ კერძებს და გრილზე შემწვარ ზღვის პროდუქტებს.
