სწორედ სარეზერვო მიმართულების არის 2019 წლის ქისი, რომელიც ქართული ტრადიციული მეთოდით არის დამზადებული ქვევრში, შემდგომ კი 12 თვის განმავლობაში დავარგებულია ფრანგული მუხის კასრებში. მუქი ქარვისფერი, ღია ყავისფერში გარდამავალი შეფერილობის ღვინო ხასიათდება გადამწიფებული ხილის, გარგრის მურაბისა და ტკბილი მანგოს არომატით, გემოზე კი ელეგანტური და დახვეწილი სტრუქტურა გვხვდება. ღვინოს განვითარებული აქვს მდიდარი ბუკეტი. ჰაერთან შეხებისას იდეალურად იხსნება და ვითარდება
ღვინო საუკეთესო კონდიციაშია მისართმევად და იდეალურ კომბინაციას ქმნის ორაგულის სტეიკთან და შემწვარ სოკოსთან.
