საგურამოს ტერუარზე შექმნილი სველი ძაღლის მუხამწვანე არის თანამედროვე ხედვით დაყენებული ქვევრის თეთრი ღვინო, რომელიც აერთიანებს ქართლის ნიადაგის მინერალურ ენერგიასა და მუხამწვანეს ბუნებრივ ელეგანტურობას. ჩალისფერი ელფერი და მისი ბზინვარება მიანიშნებს როგორც სისუფთავეს, ისე სიმტკიცეს — ღვინო, რომელიც ერთდროულად ნაზიცაა და ძლიერი.
არომატში იშლება თეთრი ხილის — მწიფე მსხლისა და ვაშლის — ტონები, რომლებსაც თან ახლავს მსუბუქი ყვავილოვანი და მიწისქვეშა მინერალური შტრიხები. გემოზე ღვინო ბლანტია, ტექსტურულად გამოკვეთილი და ცინცხალი მჟავიანობით დაბალანსებული. მისი სხეული გრძელი და გემრიელია, ტოვებს კურკოვანი ხილისა და თაფლის ელემენტებს, რაც ქვევრში დავარგების ბუნებრივ სიღრმეს ასახავს.
