ეს თეთრი მშრალი შუშხუნა ღვინო დამზადებულია ქართლში, სოფელ ქსოვრისის ვენახებში მოწეული ჩინურისა და გორული მწვანეს ჯიშის ყურძნიდან. „თემივინოს“ მარანში ღვინო პეტნატის (Pétillant Naturel) მეთოდით დამზადდა, რაც გულისხმობს პირველადი ფერმენტაციის დასრულებას უშუალოდ ბოთლში. ეს ტექნოლოგია ღვინოს სძენს ბუნებრივ შუშხუნს, სიცოცხლესა და ავთენტურობას. 2025 წლის მოსავალი ამ ნიმუშში ვლინდება როგორც გამორჩეულად ნატიფი და გამაგრილებელი ღვინო. ღვინოს აქვს კაშკაშა ჩალისფერი შეფერილობა. მისი ბუკეტი ხალისიანი და გაზაფხულისებურად ცოცხალია, სადაც თეთრი ხილის ნოტები და მინდვრის ყვავილების ნაზი არომატები სასიამოვნო სინთეზს ქმნის. გემოზე ღვინო ხასიათდება ცინცხალი მჟავიანობითა და ბუნებრივი ნახშირორჟანგის ნაზი პერლაჟით, რაც ხანგრძლივი და სასიამოვნო დაბოლოებით სრულდება. დაბალი, 11%-იანი ალკოჰოლი მას იდეალურ საზაფხულო სასმელად აქცევს. ეს პეტნატი საუკეთესოდ ეხამება მსუბუქ საუზმეულს, ზღვის პროდუქტებს, ხილის ასორტსა და ახალ ყველს.Customer reviews:
