ეს მშრალი ღვინო დაყენებულია იმერეთის რეგიონში მოწეული ცოლიკაურის ჯიშის ყურძნიდან, რომელიც დასავლეთ საქართველოს მეღვინეობის სიამაყეა. ზურაბ ღვალაძის საოჯახო მარანში ღვინო ქვევრის ტრადიციული მეთოდით დამზადდა, რამაც ამ კეთილშობილ ჯიშს დამატებითი სიღრმე და სტრუქტურა შესძინა. 2022 წლის მოსავალი გამოირჩევა თავისი ჩამოყალიბებული ხასიათითა და იმერული ტერუარისათვის დამახასიათებელი სიხალისით. ღვინოს აქვს შთამბეჭდავი ოქროსფერი შეფერილობა, რაც მის ქვევრში დავარგებაზე მიანიშნებს. ბუკეტი მდიდარია მწიფე თეთრი ხილის არომატებით, რაც ღვინოს მომხიბვლელობას სძენს. გემოზე ღვინო არის სავსე, სხეულიანი და სრულყოფილად ჰარმონიული; 12.5%-იანი ალკოჰოლი და ქვევრისეული სირბილე ქმნის დაბალანსებულ პროფილს, რომელიც დიდხანს მიჰყვება პალატს. ეს არის ნამდვილი იმერული ქვევრის ღვინო, სადაც ძალა და სინაზე იდეალურად ერწყმის ერთმანეთს. ეს ცოლიკაური საუკეთესოდ ეხამება იმერულ სამზარეულოს, ფრინველის ხორცს (განსაკუთრებით ნიგვზიან კერძებს), შემწვარ თევზსა და დაძველებულ ყველს.Customer reviews:
