მანავის მიკროზონაში დაკრეფილი კახური მწვანესგან ქვევრში კახური ტრადიციული მეთოდით დაყენებული ღვინო მუქი ქარვისფერია, ოქროსფერი ელფერით. დრო სჭირდება, რომ ჭიქაში გაიხსნას. გამოხატულია ქართული სანელებლების, მოხალული ნიგვზის, კარამელის, თამბაქოსა და შავი ჩაის არომატები. აქვს საშუალო სხეული, სახასიათო ტანინებითა და დაბალანსებული მჟავიანობით. აქვს გამყოლი გემო და კურკოვანი ხილის ტონები.
ღვინოს აქვს ბოთლში დაძველების რამდენიმეწლიანი პერსპექტივა. მოუხდება ბატკნის ხორცის დელიკატურ კერძებს, ბოსტნეულის რაგუს, ყველის ნაირსახეობასა და ფრინველის ხორცს.
