ღვინო დამზადებულია კახური ტრადიციული მეთოდით ქვევრში, ჭაჭა-კლერტზე დუღილის შედეგად. ახასიათებს ინტენსიური ქარვისფერი შეფერილობა ნარინჯისფერი ელფერით. ახლადსერვირებული ღვინო ჭიქაში შეიძლება შებოჭილი მოგეჩვენოთ, აერაციის შემდეგ კი იხსნება და ავლენს ავთენტურ ქართულ ხასიათს. გამოხატულია ლეღვის ჩირის, გამომცხვარი კომშის, სანელებლებისა და მსუბუქი კვამლის არომატები. აქვს სრული სხეული და სახასიათო ტანინები.
ღვინო კარგ ფორმაშია უკვე მისართმევად, თუმცა აქვს რამდენიმე წელი დავარგების პოტენციალიც. იდეალურად შეეხამება გრილზე შემწვარი ფრინველის ხორცს არტიშოკის ან ასპარაგუსის გარნირით, ასევე შუააზიურ ფლოვს ბატკნის ხორცით.
